Hey there- So nice to meet you!
Running is my passion
Although I’ve been a longtime “Hobby Jogger”, I did not consider myself a real “Runner” until I completed my first race, a Half Marathon, in April of 2018. I still look back on this and shake my head at what a painful experience it was. I had no idea what I was doing and completely lacked any type of training or fueling plan. Fast forward 5 years and I’ve completed 5 Full Marathons, 20+ Half Marathons, and countless other races. Throughout this time I learned the importance of structured trainings plans, and how to fuel my body to support my goals, both in general and while running. To advance my knowledge even further I decided to pursue my United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA) coaching certification in December 2023.
Running is only part of you.
I know first-hand how difficult it can be to manage running goals, family, work and all the other myriad of responsibilities we have. Flexibility is key to making it all work and I want to ensure we can find a training plan that works with (not against) all the other components of life. While individual in nature, running can very much feel like a team sport when mixed with our many family and home-life responsibilities. I hope to help you find the right mixture to make it all work.
